Food Quick Tip - #6

I keep a marker handy in my kitchen. Once I open something I try to put a date on the lid so I know when it was opened. It takes the mystery out of things when cleaning the fridge.

  1. found you through a bowl full of lemons. great tip! i think i need to start doing this. i'm back at opening salsa and lsing it in the fridge and then not knowing how long its been opened for.
